The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining PalmPay’s cloud and on-premise infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability. You will work closely with engineering and operations teams to enable continuous integration and deployment, improve automation, and strengthen the company’s DevOps culture.Key ResponsibilitiesCloud & Network Infrastructure ManagementDesign, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cloud and on-prem infrastructure to support PalmPay’s digital operationsConduct regular system audits, capacity planning, and vulnerability assessmentsMaintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, network diagrams, and operational workflowsCloud Operations (AWS & AliCloud)Design and manage scalable AWS cloud architectures ensuring high availability, cost efficiency, and performance optimizationOversee resource provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance across cloud environmentsLead cloud migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtimeDevOps Tools & CI/CD PipelineDevelop, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar toolsCollaborate with development teams to streamline application deployment and testingImplement automation solutions to enhance delivery speed and system reliabilityContainerization & Kubernetes AdministrationDeploy, manage, and monitor Kubernetes clusters and Docker containersEnsure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and security compliance of containerized systemsTroubleshoot and resolve Kubernetes cluster or pod-level issues proactivelyProxy & Networking OperationsConfigure and maintain Nginx for reverse proxy, TCP/IP, and load balancingManage and troubleshoot enterprise-grade networking equipment such as Fortigate, Cisco, and MikroTik firewalls and routersOptimize network performance to ensure low-latency connectivity between systemsRequirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related disciplineMinimum 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or system engineering rolesHands-on experience with AWS (AliCloud experience is a plus)Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins/GitLab CI, and Nginx configurationFamiliarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or ZabbixStrong scripting and troubleshooting skills (Bash, Python, etc.)Solid understanding of network security, TCP/IP protocols, and firewall configurationsKnowledge of Java or experience supporting Java-based applications is preferredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary with annual performance reviewTwo festival bonuses per yearMobile and internet allowanceHealth insurance and paid annual leaveProfessional growth opportunities in a multinational fintech environmentLocation: Gulshan-1, Dhaka (Work from Office)Employment Type: Full-timePowered by JazzHReOPBcWsXIO
