Reporting to the CPTO, this leader owns the “how” of technology delivery—translating product vision into scalable, secure, and reliable platforms. The role sits within our Product & Technology organization, partnering closely with Product Management (the “why” and “what”) and Data & Analytics, while maintaining clear accountability for the Technology function. This role is central to our evolution from a traditional IT centric model to a modern, product led technology organization, with a strong emphasis on our Salesforce CRM platform integration, and disciplined execution. The Senior Director of Technology also leads and governs our partnership with an external Managed Services Provider (MSP) responsible for Infrastructure, Information Security, and Help Desk services. This position is ideal for a technology leader who thrives at the intersection of platform architecture, engineering execution, operational excellence, and business impact.Compensation:$200,000 to $225,000 per year annual salary.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
