Our brand promise - Makes Work Life BetterTM- Reflects our commitment to employees, customers, partners and communities globally.About The OpportunityThe Senior Director, Alliances, APJ will serve as the regional leader for executing Dayforce’s partner ecosystem strategy across APJ, spanning Service Delivery (GSIs and Tier 2/Regional SIs), Advisory, and Software partners. This role is responsible for generating measurable impact across three core metrics: SI-led implementations, partner-sourced pipeline creation, and deal acceleration through partner influence.You’ll be tasked with driving strategic engagement across all partner types, unlocking new routes to market, and scaling execution in collaboration with Sales, Services, Marketing, and Product. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of commercial acumen, regional expertise, and proven success leading ecosystem-based growth.What You'll Get To Do Ecosystem Growth & ExecutionOwn the partner strategy across APJ for Service Delivery, Advisory, and Software partners—ensuring alignment to global priorities and regional go-to-market needs.Translate ecosystem strategy into regional execution plans that directly impact SI Prime attachment, partner pipeline generation, and deal velocity through influence.Partner with Sales and Service Sales leaders to drive SI-led implementations and integrated account planning. Strategic Partner DevelopmentRecruit, enable, and expand key partner relationships across all types, building differentiated value propositions by partner type and market segment.Establish joint business plans and governance with top partners, with a focus on mutual growth and accountability. Field Enablement & GTM IntegrationDrive ecosystem readiness and field engagement—embedding partners into territory plans, pipeline reviews, and forecast calls.Collaborate with Marketing and Enablement teams to design and activate programs that build brand presence, drive demand, and create scalable partner-sourced growth. Regional Leadership & InfluenceServe as the APJ voice in global partner strategy discussions and bring insights from the field back into global planning.Represent the Dayforce partner strategy with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders to elevate brand and ecosystem visibility in-region. Operational ExcellenceDefine and track performance metrics across partner types with a data-driven mindset.Leverage tools like Salesforce, PowerBI, and PRM platforms to manage reporting, measure impact, and continuously improve results.Skills And Experience We Value15+ years of progressive experience in alliances, sales, business development, or SI/Advisory/Partner leadership within enterprise software, ideally with global or regional scope.Deep experience in Service Delivery partner management, especially with GSIs (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, PwC, EY) and regional SIs in APJ.Proven track record of building and scaling Advisory and Private Equity-influenced partner programs, including GTM, enablement, and co-sell.Experience with software partnerships, especially with ISVs that complement HCM, Payroll, or Workforce Management solutions.Strong understanding of the HCM/WFM/Payroll ecosystem, with preference for candidates who have operated in or adjacent to these markets.Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence across matrixed environments, and present effectively at the executive level.High energy, execution-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity in a growth environment.Familiarity with key tools and systems: Salesforce, Microsoft Office, PowerBI, PRM platforms.At Dayforce, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects the communities we serve.
