Senior Director Supply Chain

CooperDouglas has partnered with a global consumer products manufacturer to identify a Senior Director of Supply Chain. This critical leadership role and will oversee all aspects of supply chain strategy and execution, including S&OP, demand planning, procurement, and inventory management. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Senior Director of Supply Chain will drive operational efficiency, supplier performance, and cross-functional alignment to support continued growth and scalability across a global footprint. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic oversight of supply chain operations encompassing planning, procurement, and fulfillment.Lead high-performing teams responsible for S&OP, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization.Develop and execute strategies to balance cost, service, and working capital objectives.Partner with Operations, Finance, and Product Development to align production capabilities with business demand.Strengthen supplier relationships and implement initiatives that enhance quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.Monitor and improve key metrics including forecast accuracy, fill rate, and supply performance. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.10+ years of progressive leadership experience within complex, high-volume manufacturing or consumer goods environments.Deep expertise in S&OP, purchasing, and demand planning.Proven success leading global supply chains through growth, transformation, and continuous improvement.Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
