Senior Electrical Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer who will play a key role in shaping technical solutions that uphold exceptional levels of safety, performance, and sustainability. In this position, you will influence the direction of major projects and support the long-term goals of the organization through sound engineering judgment and innovative design practices.What You’ll DoTake full ownership of engineering methodologies, execution approaches, and design optimization, ensuring alignment with global standards, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines.Drive the planning and delivery of your work scope, meeting agreed deadlines and budgets while ensuring smooth integration between systems and disciplines.Guarantee that all deliverables meet both contractual obligations and internal quality expectations.Incorporate relevant learnings and assess the impact of design or scope changes across connected systems and project interfaces.Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and external partners, maintaining compliance with technical and commercial requirements.Potentially oversee complete engineering packages from design and procurement through to fabrication activities.Provide guidance to engineers working within your scope, supporting their development and ensuring consistent technical quality.When assigned, act as the Discipline Lead for your area of expertise.What You BringEngineering degree in a relevant field.5–10 years of engineering experience within the Oil & Gas sector.Your StrengthsProficiency with engineering design and analytical tools.Ability to develop concepts and transform them into detailed engineering deliverables.Strong understanding of systems engineering principles.Experience with package engineering and manufacturing processes.Knowledge of safety, operability, and reliability considerations in complex facilities.Familiarity with site engineering practices.Solid background in electrical engineering and technical analysis.Effective planning and organizational capabilities.
