We collaborate openly across roles, regions, and disciplines, sharing knowledge and supporting each other to achieve the best outcomes.Matching with us:Love technology and strive for excellence in your craft.Enjoy helping others and creating real value.Thrive in a proactive, reliable, and transparent culture.Want to grow fast through global teamwork and enterprise-level challenges.Value collaboration, continuous learning, and contributing to a meaningful mission.Role SummaryThis senior role is based in Tunisia and focuses on the EMEA region.As a Senior Account Executive, you will manage high-value enterprise accounts, work closely with Datadog teams, visit customers on-site, and collaborate directly with Datadog’s AE/CS organization.You will be responsible for selling DXHero’s Datadog professional services—from qualified lead to close-won—while building long-term executive relationships.This is a high-challenge, high-impact position that requires strong communication skills, excellent presentation ability, and the confidence to operate in complex enterprise environments.Role and ResponsibilitiesLead the “Datadog Professional Service” full sales cycle from qualified lead to close win, ensuring clear communication and alignment with client decision-makers.Prepare and deliver high-quality “Datadog Professional Service” commercial proposals, presentations, and order forms based on DXHero’s service templates.Collaborate with the DXHero Solution Architect to shape technical proposals and SOWs aligned with customer needs and feasibility.Work closely with procurement teams to finalize terms, negotiate agreements, and progress the deal to signature.Maintain strong long-term relationships with senior stakeholders (Director/VP/CTO/CIO) and coordinate internally with PM and Client Success for smooth handover.Work with the Datadog team closely.Qualifications:5+ years of enterprise sales or account management experience in professional services, IT, SaaS or cloud.Fluent in both spoken and written English and French.Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with technical and executive audiences.Ability to manage multiple enterprise deals simultaneously with high professionalism and ownership.Experience working with technology vendors or partners (e.g., Datadog, cloud providers) is a strong plus.Technical Skills:Ability to explain technical concepts in business-relevant language.Comfortable collaborating with Solution Architects and observability engineer teams to translate requirements into proposals.Strong proficiency in preparing commercial documents, pricing sheets, and executive-level technical presentations.
