You will collaborate across teams to enhance operations and drive financial performance.Essential Responsibilities· Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and identify key trends and variances.· Develop mid-month forecasts and quarterly reports to support business planning.· Conduct KPI-driven variance analysis and deliver actionable insights to management.· Ensure timely and accurate submission of reporting packages to headquarters.· Lead the annual planning and quarterly budgeting processes, including internal reviews.· Consolidate monthly operating performance and prepare KPI reports for leadership.· Analyze revenue and gross margin by customer, product, and pricing to support profitability.· Drive ERP system implementation, focusing on Budget Planning & Control modules.· Enhance Finance SOPs and monitor investment and incentive-related spending.· To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management. Skills and Competencies Profile· Degree in Accountancy/ACCA required.· 5–8 years of experience in FP&A and group accounting roles.· Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities.· Proficiency in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.· Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling expertise.· Experience with implementing ERP systems and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).· Excellent communication and presentation skills.· Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.· Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.· Energetic and focused on delivering high-quality results.
