Senior Finance Manager / Financial Controller - Professional Services (150K Base + bonus)

A vacancy for a Senior Finance Manager / Financial Controller SEA opportunity to work in the prestigious International legal firm, where you will be in a workplace with performance-driven culture and a diversified ethnic group.Job DescriptionReport to the APAC Head of Finance and lead a professional team in Singapore and other SEA regions.Work as a finance business partner to the commercial team and partners across different litigations, you will give financial insights to and support business on formulation of business strategies & controllership.Manage the accounting operations, client reporting and billing cycles for the office.Responsible for Month end closing, management reporting and continuous communication with external stakeholders.Ensure contribute to business growth and financial success of the business.Drive the budgeting and forecasting process, provide value adding financial information on a timely basis, and monitor ongoing performance of the region.Contribute to pricing/ marketing/ profitability/ digitization projects/ and contract reviews.Job RequirementsBachelor Degree Holder in Accountancy, Economics or Business Administration.CPA / ACCA qualified / Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalentTrained in Big 4 external audit with 10+ years commercial experience in Accounting & Controllership.At least 5 years of relevant industry experience gained in Legal industry / Partnership Consultancy or Professional firms.Prior experience in leading a sizeable team is required.Must have relevant Finance experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, Billing operations, Client accounts etc.Excellent communication in English & Cantonese with solid interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task, be proactive and meticulousImmediate availability is preferred
