This role is key in driving financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and insightful analysis that supports strategic decision-making across the organization.As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will assist in preparing and analyzing financial plans, budgets, and performance reports while collaborating with business leaders to communicate results and improve forecasting accuracy. You’ll also identify trends, research variances, and provide actionable insights to enhance financial efficiency and support long-term business goals.The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or budgeting, with strong analytical and communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling, combined with a detail-oriented approach and a passion for data-driven decision-making, will set you up for success in this role.
