The Senior Fleet Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of the company’s fleet. Day-to-day tasks include managing scheduling, tracking vehicle usage, ensuring proper maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, utilizing fleet management software, and providing insights to optimize operational efficiency.QualificationsExperience in fleet operations and management, including scheduling and vehicle tracking Proven experience in managing vehicle maintenance workshop at a reputed organization Strong knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance practices (European vehicles). Proficiency in utilizing fleet management software and toolsKnowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety regulations, and compliance standardsExcellent communication and coordination abilities to work with internal teamsAnalytical skills to monitor performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvementsBachelor’s degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred Past working experience at a reputed dealership in Sri Lanka will be a definite advantage
