Senior Team Leader- Operations

We are seeking a Senior Team Leader to manage a team of travel consultants. In this role, you’ll lead day-to-day operations, drive KPIs, coach team members, and ensure performance excellence. Key responsibilities include managing airline ticketing, ensuring compliance with policies, and optimizing workflows.Key Requirements:Provide leadership to a team of travel consultantsAnalyze performance data to maximize team effectivenessDevelop learning programs to close competency gapsProvide clients with industry information (low fares, exchange costs, penalties)Stay updated on necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas)Monitor GDS queues daily to ensure quality controlQualifications:Expertise in airline ticketing & fare calculationsProficiency in GDS platforms (Sabre preferred) Strong leadership & coaching abilitiesAnalytical problem-solving & workflow optimizationExcellent client relationship & communication skills
