You'll work on building custom data visualization tools, what-if scenario explorers, and animations that bring complex manufacturing systems to life with design thinking at the core.Responsibilities:Build interactive dashboards for factory planning, scenario exploration, and decision supportDesign and implement custom data visualization components for complex manufacturing and simulation dataCreate intuitive interfaces that translate technical outputs into actionable insights for non-technical usersDevelop responsive, performant user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworksImplement and maintain design systems to ensure UI consistency across the platformCollaborate with backend, AI, and modeling teams to surface key insights and system capabilitiesConduct user research with factory planners and iterate on designs based on feedbackBasic Qualifications:Advanced experience in JavaScript/TypeScript with modern frameworksExceptional taste in UX with Figma, Notion, etc.Ability to distill non-obvious, technical information into elegant user interfacesStrong track record building user-facing tools that are performant and intuitiveUnderstanding of design systems and responsive layoutsComfortable collaborating with AI, backend, and modeling teamsPreferred Skills and Experience:Prior experience working with manufacturing or industrial data toolsFamiliarity with data visualization librariesExperience working with complex planning or simulation dataInterest in making powerful backend systems usable by non-technical users
