Your missionAs a React Frontend Developer you are responsible for building fast, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces that enable seamless customer service interactions. You will work with modern technologies such as React, Redux, Tailwind, and Socket.IO to create dynamic frontend features that update instantly and reliably.In this role, you will collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to translate complex workflows into elegant user experiences. You will ensure that real-time data streams, customer interactions, and operator tools are visually clear, efficient to use, and optimized for high performance — even under heavy load. Your work will directly impact on how customers and support agents communicate in time-critical situations. This includes designing modular UI components, improving frontend performance, ensuring design consistency, and maintaining a high level of usability and visual detail.
