We're scaling fast — expanding our product line, launching new contracts, and aiming to 10x our infrastructure to meet surging demand.As a Senior Golang Engineer, you'll be a key contributor to this vision — designing and delivering the core systems that power our derivatives trading platform. This is a role for engineers who want to build at scale, take ownership of critical services, and directly impact the growth of one of the most exciting areas in crypto finance.What You'll DoOwn and evolve core derivatives trading services — from order matching to risk managementDesign and build high-performance, scalable, and resilient systems using Golang, running in AWSScale infrastructure and backend services to handle 10x trading volume in the next 12 monthsShip features quickly and reliably to support new product listings and market expansionEnsure robust performance under load, with a focus on low latency, data integrity, and system uptimeParticipate in on-call rotation and take full ownership of the services you buildBuild HA services on top of state of the art consensus algorithm - RAFTWhat You Bring5+ years of backend development experience with expert-level Golang skillsProven experience building and scaling high-throughput, low-latency systemsDeep understanding of cloud architecture—preferably AWSSolid database experience — MySQL and/or DynamoDBA bias for action and a passion for delivering real impact in a fast-moving environmentOwnership mindset — you're driven by goals, not specsStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional teamNice to havesExperience working on derivatives, perpetual contracts, or margin trading platformsFamiliarity with financial risk systems, mark pricing, or funding rate mechanismsBackground in trading systems, crypto exchanges, or market infrastructureCrypto-savvy — you follow the space and use the productsWe're looking for collaborative, intensely driven people to be part of our journey in democratizing finance for all.
