Do you thrive in a fast-paced creative environment where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Content and Creative Studio and bring bold, on-trend ideas to life.As a key member of our in-house studio, you’ll lead the design of high-impact campaigns and premium marketing assets across our shopping centres and property portfolio. From festive retail activations to sleek property brochures, your work will shape how our brand is seen and experienced.Here’s a snapshot of your day; Lead concept development and creative direction for seasonal campaigns (think Christmas, Easter, and beyond) Design engaging digital and print assets – signage, social, brochures, websites, and more Collaborate on visual merchandising and branded collateral for our centres Manage external design consultants for overflow work Support digital content creation across video, photography, and web Ensure all creative output is on-brand, innovative, and high-qualityHere are strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful; Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or equivalent experience Proven experience in a similar role – retail or agency background highly regarded Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple deadlines A collaborative mindset and a passion for pushing creative boundaries A strong portfolio showcasing your creative flair and versatilityWhat's in it for you?
