You will be the go-to expert for the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—while ensuring the integrity of our HR data and systems. This role is critical for maintaining efficient HR processes and requires a hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:1. Employee Lifecycle Management:Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including but not limited to pre-onboarding, onboarding and offboarding.Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate support on HR policies and procedures.Manage the end-to-end process for work visa applications, renewals, and compliance. 2.HR Systems & Data Analytics:Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS and other databases.Serve as the primary liaison with the HRIS team for system troubleshooting, enhancements, and daily operations.Provide HR data analytics and insights to aid in the development of HR policies and projectsProactively identify opportunities for process automation to increase team efficiency. 3.HR Projects & Compliance:Assist in the review, development, and implementation of HR policies to ensure regional alignment and compliance.Support the setup of new country HR frameworks and operations to facilitate business expansion. 4.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, with a strong understanding of HR operations and the employee lifecycle.High proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel for data analysis and reporting).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.Preferred:Hands-on experience with an HRIS experience with SAP is a significant advantage.
