Senior Human Resources Recruiter

Key responsibilities: Managing end-to-end recruitment process; candidate sourcing/screening/shortlistingMaximizing usage of direct sourcing channels and filling vacancies efficiently as defined by SLAs / KPIs. Generating timely and accurate data/metrics on recruitment activities and providing meaningful reporting to management. Managing relationships and performances of external recruitment vendors where necessary. Qualifications:You will be an innovative, resourceful and versatile professional who is keen to develop a long term career with our client. we are looking for the following attributes: At least 6 years hands-on recruitment experience, with electronics/semiconductor industry recruitment experience is preferredExperience of operating in demanding, professional and data-driven environments Strong understanding and track record in direct sourcing channelsBilingual in Mandarin and English given the business needsDegree level qualification from an accredited university / institution
