Job Description:- Develop HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, including manpower planning, talent management, and succession planning.- Manage the entire recruitment process, from creating job ads and sourcing candidates to interviewing, selection, and onboarding new employees.- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages, including payroll, salary structures, and employee motivation systems.- Address employee concerns, manage grievances and conflicts, and foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.- Oversee performance appraisal systems, provide guidance to managers on coaching, and develop professional development plans.- Ensure all HR practices, policies, and operations comply with Egyptian labor laws and other relevant regulations.- Identify training needs and develop and implement programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.- Maintain accurate employee records, manage personnel files, and ensure the proper administration of benefits like medical insurance and vacation leave.
