We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, especially for Customer Service positions, while also supporting personnel tasks.✅ ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for CS.Posting, Screening CVs, Interview candidates effectively to ensure cultural and job fit.Coordinate and conduct job offers, negotiations, and onboarding.Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.Prepare and update employee records and contracts.Support personnel operations Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Assist in executing motivational activitiesProvide general Support throughout ER process🎯 Requirements1–3 years of experience as a Recruiter in the Call center industry is a must.Excellent communication and interviewing skills.Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Facebook groups, etc.).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Good command of English.🎁 What We OfferCompetitive salary package.Social insurance.Clear growth path.Friendly and supportive work environment.📍 Location: New Maadi – On-site🕒 Full-Time Position with 2 days off
