Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. The coordinator will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial pre-screening, and scheduling interviews. Responsibilities include maintaining recruitment documentation, building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, and collaborating with team members to meet hiring goals. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilitiesExperience in hiring, recruitment processes, and talent acquisition practicesCustomer service skills and a candidate-centered approachProficiency in administrative assistance tasks and managing recruitment documentationAttention to detail and ability to multitask in a collaborative team environmentBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plusFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is desirable
