Job Title: Senior Interior Architect Location: Lagos, NigeriaEmployment Type:Full-timeIndustry: Interior DesignRole OverviewAs the Senior Interior Architect, you will lead the design process from concept to project completion, ensuring that all designs are creative, functional, and meet Five28’s quality standards. You’ll work closely with clients, guide the design team, and collaborate across departments to bring exceptional spaces to life.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Project Execution•Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for interior and furniture projects.•Prepare mood boards, material selections, finishes, and visual presentations to communicate design intent.•Supervise and ensure accurate implementation of designs throughout project execution.Client Engagement•Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget requirements.•Present design proposals and revisions professionally, maintaining strong client relationships and trust.Project Coordination•Collaborate with architects, project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project delivery.•Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address design-related issues promptly.Team Leadership & Mentorship•Guide and mentor junior designers and interns, providing constructive feedback and support.•Ensure all design work aligns with Five28’s creative vision and brand standards.Innovation & Research•Stay updated with design trends, materials, and emerging technologies.•Recommend improvements and innovative ideas to enhance Five28’s design approach and offerings.Qualifications•Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.•4–6 years of relevant experience in residential or commercial design.•Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and project leadership.•Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.•Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.How to ApplyInterested candidates should send their CV and portfolio to chinedum@five28.com.ng using the subject line “Senior Interior Architect”
