Senior Inventory Network Management - Operations, Shopee

Job DescriptionDesign inventory flow among the Shopee warehouse network to ensure inventory health and efficiency. The design includes:Warehouse types: Decide which warehouse should be a distribution center/fulfillment center/…Warehouse functions: Which warehouse should be full functions/only outbound/ only inbound/…Inventory flow: Inventory should be inbounded from the suppliers from which warehouse, to which warehouse in Shopee networkMonitor inventory health among Warehouses in the network through KPIs such as %ATP,%black stock, DOC/DOH, inbound/outboundAnalyze data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improving inventory health in the network, then, coordinate/collaborate with stakeholders and drive initiatives to make impact.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.At least 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in Supply chain, Consulting, Warehouse network designCritical thinking and problem-solving skills.Strong stakeholders management and coordinationStrong data analyticsGood communication in both Vietnamese and English.Self-driven with a strong sense of curiosity.Good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
