Senior IT Manager – Commercial We are searching for a strategic, commercially minded Senior IT Manager to partner with our global Commercial and Marketing functions and lead the full end-to-end technology agenda — from strategic roadmap, to delivery, to operational excellence.This is not a delivery-only role. You will act as a true business partner, shaping a technology vision that accelerates revenue growth, strengthens pipeline velocity, enhances customer experience, and unlocks measurable commercial value. What you will leadOwn the technology strategy and roadmap for Commercial & Marketing — including Salesforce (Sales, Marketing, Revenue Cloud) and Martech platformsTranslate commercial goals into prioritised technology investments that deliver business outcomesShape digital experience and capability evolution, not just project deliveryInfluence senior leadership and guide value-led decision-makingLead internal teams and partner ecosystems to deliver a best-in-class commercial tech landscapeOversee lifecycle management, enhancements, and continuous improvementEnsure operational excellence, stability, security, and compliance Where previous candidates have fallen shortSuccess requires more than programme management.
