Jinja and Hydra are nice to have.Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced AI Lead Engineer with a strong background in Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompt Engineering to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with FastAPI, Streamlit, Jinja, Hydra, and MongoDB, and will be responsible for leading the architecture and implementation of scalable AI applications.Roles and Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and LLM-based systems for enterprise use cases.Architect and build FastAPI-based microservices to support AI model serving and integration.Develop Streamlit applications for AI visualization, dashboards, and interactive tools.Implement Prompt Engineering techniques to optimize LLM responses and performance.Utilize Jinja and Hydra for efficient configuration management and dynamic AI workflows.Manage MongoDB databases for storing structured/unstructured AI data and conversational logs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, DevOps, Product) to ensure seamless integration of AI models into production.Drive AI system optimization, focusing on scalability, latency, and inference accuracy.Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on best practices in AI development.Stay up to date with emerging trends in Generative AI, MLOps, and LLM frameworks.Required Skills:Programming: Python (Advanced), RESTful APIs, Object-Oriented DesignAI/ML Expertise: LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini), Prompt Engineering, Model Fine-tuningFrameworks: FastAPI, Streamlit, FlaskConfiguration & Templates: Hydra, JinjaDatabase: MongoDB, SQLTools & Platforms: Docker, Kubernetes, Git, AWS/Azure (preferred)Other: Experience with CI/CD, version control, and API integrationsQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field10 years of total software development experience, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or LLM-based systemsProven experience leading AI solution architecture and end-to-end deliverySoft Skills:Strong leadership and communication abilitiesAnalytical thinker with problem-solving mindsetAbility to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and deliver results under tight timelines
