About the Role:We're looking for a passionate and data-driven Senior KOL Specialist to lead influencer marketing initiatives that grow our brand visibility and drive GMV. You will work closely with creators, manage impactful collaborations, and play a key role in shaping our digital presence, especially across TikTok.What You Will Do:- Develop and execute KOL marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales performance (GMV).- Manage the end-to-end KOL process: from scouting and negotiation to campaign execution, tracking, and reporting.- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators to maximize campaign ROI.- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment with brand goals and KPIs.- Stay updated with TikTok trends and beauty industry insights to continuously refine strategy.What We are Looking For:- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (any major)- Minimum 2+ years of experience in KOL Marketing, Influencer Management, or Affiliate Marketing.- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proven experience managing large-scale campaigns.- Proficient in TikTok Seller Center and comfortable analyzing campaign performance data.- Up to date with the latest beauty and lifestyle trends on TikTok.- Willing to work onsite (WFO) in Pluit, North Jakarta.- Immediate starters are highly preferredWhat We Offer:A dynamic, collaborative, and supportive work environment that fosters your growth.The opportunity to work with leading beauty brands and network with top creators.An impactful role where your ideas and strategies will be directly implemented and their results seen.
