System Analyst - Banking Client (Mid-Level)

Role DescriptionThis is a mid-level, on-site contract role for a System Analyst, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Responsible for analyzing and gathering user requirements, managing the SDLC process, and preparing essential project documentation (such as BRD, FSD, TSD, and Test Cases). This role also ensures the delivery of clear, effective reports to support decision-making and project execution.QualificationsExpertise in Systems Analysis and Business Analysis to evaluate requirements and propose effective solutions.Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting capabilities to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.Preferably have experience working in the Insurance and/or Banking industry.Having a background as a DeveloperExperience in making project documentation (Test Case, Design, FSD, BRD, TSD, SRS).Familiar with SDLC & Swagger Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
