Senior Legal Counsel

Role: Senior Legal Counsel – Accuron Industrial TechnologiesThis position supports the General Counsel in providing legal and compliance oversight for the Group’s semiconductor front-end and industrial equipment businesses across Asia and Europe.You will work closely with business leaders, engineers, and supply chain teams to shape commercial transactions, manage risk, and safeguard the company’s legal interests. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies, complex international projects, and diverse regulatory landscapes — an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including equipment sales, service, supply, OEM, and technology collaboration contracts.Provide legal advice on corporate governance, trade compliance, export control, and data protection matters.Support R&D and engineering teams in protecting intellectual property, managing licensing, and ensuring confidentiality.Assist with M&A and joint-venture projects, due diligence, and cross-border structuring.Collaborate across functions to improve legal processes, standard templates, and compliance awareness.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.); qualified to practise in Singapore or another common law jurisdiction.5–10 years’ experience in commercial or corporate law, ideally within semiconductor, industrial, or high-technology sectors.Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills with exposure to cross-border transactions and a business-oriented, problem-solving mindset.Familiarity with intellectual property, trade compliance, and export control frameworks.Business-minded, collaborative, and able to provide pragmatic, solution-oriented advice.Personal AttributesHigh integrity and sound judgment, and professional maturity.Pragmatic, collaborative, and commercially astute.Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional partnership skills.Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, global environment.Familiarity with European and/or Chinese business culture would be advantageous.
