You will be at the forefront of ensuring that all operational components are meticulously prepared for project launches, delivering exceptional guest experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic planning and execution of operational readiness across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectivesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate operational requirements into project lifecycles, facilitating seamless launchesConduct thorough readiness assessments to identify risks and gaps, developing strategies to mitigate these before project initiationOversee the design and implementation of training programs aimed at equipping staff with the necessary skills for operational excellenceEstablish and monitor key performance indicators related to operational readiness and performance, providing insights to senior managementProactively identify and manage operational risks, driving effective solutions and contingency plansChampion a guest-centric approach in all operational readiness activities to enhance the overall visitor experienceRequirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA is preferred 8+ years of experience in operational management or related fields, with a strong emphasis on readiness and execution, particularly within the entertainment sector Demonstrated leadership experience in managing complex projects and guiding cross-functional teams towards achieving operational goals Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision making to improve operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Experience in developing and facilitating effective training and readiness programs for employees Highly organized with exceptional project management capabilities and adept at juggling multiple priorities Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market and culture is a plusBenefitsComprehensive benefits package
