Senior Manager / Manager - Treasury

We are seeking a highly experienced, analytical, and result-oriented finance professional to join our Group as a Senior Manager / Manager – Treasury & Corporate Finance to lead Group-level treasury, corporate finance, investments, and strategic capital management initiatives.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOversee Group-wide treasury operations including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, cash pooling, and working capital optimization.Manage relationships with financial institutions, negotiate banking facilities, lending terms, and ensure cost-effective funding structures.Monitor and manage financial risks including interest rate fluctuations, FX exposure, and cash-flow volatility, implementing hedging strategies when required.Lead corporate finance activities including investment portfolio management, financial modelling, valuations, feasibility studies, and capital structuring.Evaluate project proposals, capex submissions, and new business ventures by conducting feasibility studies, market research, and ROI analysis.Drive M&A processes including due diligence, valuation modelling, deal structuring, and integration planning.Prepare and present consolidated treasury dashboards, management reports, and financial insights to the Group CFO and senior leadership.Ensure compliance with treasury policies, financial governance requirements, internal controls, and regulatory guidelines.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESSFully qualified Accountant (CA Sri Lanka / CIMA / ACCA).MBA or Master’s in Finance will be an added advantage.Minimum 10+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Banking, or Investment Management.Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuations, feasibility studies, and capital markets.Experience in M&A, project financing, stakeholder management, and bank negotiations.Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to manage complex financial portfolios.Strong understanding of the Sri Lankan regulatory and banking environment.WHAT WE OFFERAn attractive remuneration package with fringe benefits and opportunities for career progression.Exposure to Group-level strategic financial initiatives across multiple industries.A supportive and progressive corporate environment within one of Sri Lanka’s most reputed and diversified conglomerates.
