We like those who thrive in ambiguity and who can operate without titles / hierarchies.But what you will find: tremendous learning, tremendous growth, and a very motivated set of colleagues who are also fun to be around.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute creative brand storytelling and content strategies across video, social media, and other digital formats.Manage the company’s presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and other relevant platforms to build, engage, and grow vibrant online communities.Plan and execute offline events and small group meetups for freelancers contributing to cutting-edge AI projects.Design and run integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns to engage target audiences across social, digital, and event platforms.Maintain consistency and alignment of brand messaging across all communication channels.Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, community engagement, and overall brand health using both qualitative and quantitative insights.Collaborate with product, L&D, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.Identify new growth opportunities, propose creative marketing solutions, and drive initiatives that accelerate brand and business impact.RequirementsProven experience in community growth and social media management, particularly on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit.Strong background in event planning and execution with excellent organizational skills.Demonstrated ownership, creativity, and adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments.Exceptional communication, project management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
