Our clients span high-end food, beverage, hospitality, and lifestyle brands.We are growing and looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who lives and breathes packaging.The RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Graphic Designer with 5+ years of experience specifically in packaging design. This is not a general graphic design role. We need someone who understands packaging inside and out, from concept to rendering to production-ready files.You must be confident leading design programs, pitching creative concepts to clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring complex packaging projects to life.ResponsibilitiesLead packaging design projects from concept through productionBrainstorm and develop design directions aligned with brand strategyPitch design programs and creative concepts directly to clientsCreate custom dielines and prepare production-ready artwork filesProduce high-quality 3D renderings and mockups – rendering is mandatoryCollaborate with structural designers, production teams, and vendorsAssist in pricing projects and understanding cost implications of design decisionsBuild and manage project timelines from concept to final deliveryOversee and guide other creatives to execute large-scale projectsEnsure design intent is maintained throughout development and manufacturingQualifications & RequirementsBA in Graphic Design preferred5+ years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer focused specifically on packagingStrong portfolio showcasing packaging from concept development through final renderingsProven ability to pitch and sell creative ideas to clientsProficient in InDesign CS5, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft OfficeStrong working knowledge of graphic design programs, typography, composition, color proofing, print processes, and project specificationsAdvanced understanding of materials, finishes, and structural packagingExperience creating custom dielinesExceptional rendering and presentation skillsHigh level of initiative with the ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressureStrong leadership and project management abilitiesImportant NotesYOU MUST have a strong packaging portfolio to be consideredPortfolio must show packaging projects from conceptualization through renderingThis is an on-site position in Pasadena, CA with one remote day per week.
