Senior Product Manager

Position Overview: Genese Solution, a UK-based value IT consulting company, is seeking a Product Manager to lead the end-to-end management of our SaaS product. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business and technical skills and play a pivotal role in strategizing, developing, and launching features that help our customers achieve their goal.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDefine and champion the product vision and strategy for the product s/he owns. Understand market dynamics, competitor landscape, and user needs to identify opportunities. Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to develop new features and enhance existing ones. Prioritize development tasks based on business impact.Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements.Create and maintain a product roadmap. Ensure alignment with company strategy and stakeholder expectations.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to promote and sell the product.Utilize product analytics tools to track user behavior, identify areas of improvement, and gauge feature success.Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the product delivers an optimal user experience. Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
