SENIOR PRODUCT UI/UX DESIGNER

The team at Track-POD is looking for an experienced PRODUCT UI/UX DESIGNER in Europe, highly analytical, data-driven designer. Our ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process, discovering and defining a problem and then empathically designing a solution with the end goal of delivering the smoothest user experience possible. What you’ll be doingLead design projects that drive product-led growthLead design projects and advocate for web experience across teams and the company.Transform large-scale SaaS interface to new experience that matters.You'll be challenged to do your best workHelp develop and establish a team culture and design processesDive deep to map out workflows, pain points, and personas to find the best ways to optimize tasks, user journeys, and jobs.Design, wireframe, and prototype interfacesPlan and run user tests and other design research to inform design decisions.Work closely with Product Managers, Experts, and Engineers as they build and ship solutionsBuild out design processes, tools, and culture in the team.Present and communicate your ideas well.Who you areYou are located in EuropeYou ask a lot of questions.Your background includes at least 5 years of experience designing complex solutionsAt least 3 proven project in the web appsYou have in-depth knowledge of web patterns and web user experience. You’re able to gracefully balance bold product ideas with user satisfactionYou know how to take a concept to a prototype design quickly and efficientlyYou have a portfolio you are proud of.You know the value of not only data, but also looking beyond numbersYour verbal and written English skills are at an advanced level Salary range per month: Competitive Salary per month: 4000-5000 EUR gross (depending on your experience)Exciting fast-paced global environment (we are shifting the global market!)A great international team to work with and the chance to bring our exciting technologies to the new level for market
