About the CompanyOur Group is a real estate group specializing in residential, commercial, and shopping mall property investment and development projects.About the RoleWork Location- Shenzhen & Hong KongResponsibilitiesTake full responsibility for the entire construction process from project initiation to completion and supervise all on-site operations and construction work.Work closely with the project team, quality department, business department and other parties to ensure that the project follows best practices throughout the process and meets schedule, budget and quality objectives.Report project progress and submit project tracking reports to the Hong Kong headquarters regularly. QualificationsHolding a degree or professional qualification certificate in architecture/construction management/architectural design/structural engineering or a related field. Required SkillsPossesses comprehensive project management experience, including feasibility studies, design planning, construction supervision, project handover and operation, and demonstrates excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.Over 10 years of project management and leadership experience, with preference given to candidates from mainland China (Shenzhen, Guangdong Province).Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
