Job Title: Sales Engineer – Marine / Shipbuilding IndustryLocation: DubaiWorking Days: 6 days per weekReports To: Business Development Manager (BDM)Role Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with strong experience in the marine sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sales within the shipbuilding and ship repair industry and a strong network with ship owners. This role requires someone who can drive business growth, build sustainable client relationships, and contribute to revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities within the shipbuilding and ship repair market.Maintain strong relationships with ship owners, shipyards, and key decision makers.Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and site visits as required.Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and support contract negotiations.Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to management.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through active field sales and client engagement.Requirements:2–5 years of local experience (within the applying country) in marine sales, specifically in shipbuilding and ship repair.Strong client network, particularly with ship owners and maritime stakeholders.Technical understanding of marine engineering solutions and repair services.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to manage field sales independently.Compensation & Benefits:Base SalaryFuel AllowanceSalikSelf Benefits
