Senior PRO & Client Relations ManagerRole OverviewThe Senior Corporate Operations & Client Fulfilment Manager is the linchpin of our service delivery in the UAE. This non-sales role is solely responsible for the seamless, compliant, and exceptional execution of all client company formation and residency applications, from mandate signing to final documentation and ongoing compliance.The ideal candidate is an expert in UAE regulatory back-end processes, possessing a high level of empathy and professionalism for managing the client journey, and a proven ability to build strong, effective partnerships with key Free Zones and financial institutions.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding & Fulfilment (The "Hand-Holding")End-to-End Case Management: Own the client journey from receiving the signed sales mandate (handoff from the sales team) through to the issuance of the trade license, residency visa, Emirates ID, and corporate bank account.Client Liaison & Appointment Setting: Personally contact clients to schedule all necessary in-person appointments (e.g., medical fitness tests, biometrics, bank meetings) and provide meticulous, step-by-step guidance and support for each interaction.In-Person Escort: Accompany clients to all required government departments, medical centres, and banking appointments to ensure a smooth, confusion-free experience, acting as their physical guide and interpreter.Compliance & Due Diligence: Ensure all client documentation (Passports, CVs, Proof of Address, KYC forms, etc.) is correctly collected, attested, and compliant with all relevant Free Zone and banking regulations (AML/KYC).Government & Regulatory Operations (The "PRO" Function)Document Processing: Prepare, file, and track all corporate and immigration applications, including:Initial Trade Name Reservations and Approvals.Drafting of Memorandum of Association (MOA) and lease agreements (Flexi-Desk/Office).Submission of Trade License applications and obtaining regulatory approvals.Management of the company’s Establishment Card / E-Channel registration.Residency Visa Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of investor/partner visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for clients and their dependents, including typing applications at AMER/Tasheel/GDRFA centers.Liaison: Maintain strong, cooperative relationships with key personnel across all major Free Zones (e.g., DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ, DDA) and government departments (DED/DET, GDRFA, MOHRE).Partnership & Process DevelopmentBank Account Opening (The Critical Step): Serve as the dedicated liaison with multiple local and international banks. Manage the corporate account application process, ensuring client documents meet the specific bank's requirements to expedite approval.Free Zone Relationship Management: Proactively cultivate and manage commercial and operational relationships with Free Zone Business Development teams to stay ahead of policy changes, secure preferential processing queues, and negotiate favorable partnership terms.Internal Process Optimisation: Continuously review and refine the internal operations workflow, creating standardised checklists, process maps, and client communication templates to reduce errors and improve speed and client satisfaction.Required Skills & ExperienceMandatory UAE Experience: Minimum 5 years of direct, verifiable experience in a PRO, Corporate Services, or Operations role within a UAE Business Setup Consultancy.In-Depth Regulatory Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of the company formation process across major UAE Free Zones and Mainland (DED/DET) structures.Visa/Immigration Expertise: Proven proficiency in navigating UAE government systems (e.g., E-Channel, GDRFA, MOHRE) for visa and Emirates ID processing.Banking Acumen: Deep familiarity with the requirements and complexities of opening corporate bank accounts for new companies in the UAE (a significant bottleneck for clients).Language Skills: Fluent verbal and written English is essential. Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage for liaising with government bodies.Soft Skills: Exceptional organisational skills, high attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a client-centric attitude. Must be professional, discreet, and reliable in handling sensitive client information and documents.
