Position: Business Development Manager Department: Group Office Reports to: Chairman Location: UAERole Overview The Business Development Manager (Group) will be responsible for identifying, developing, and driving growth opportunities across all subsidiaries under the group. This includes Real Estate, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Trading, and Apparel divisions. The role focuses on strategic partnerships, market expansion, revenue generation, and supporting each business unit in achieving commercial targets.Key Responsibilities 1. Group-Level Growth & StrategyDevelop and execute business development strategies aligned with the Group’s overall vision.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry gaps across all group sectors.Identify new markets, business opportunities, and partnerships for group-wide expansion.Prepare feasibility studies and business proposals for new ventures.2. Revenue Generation & PartnershipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders.Drive commercial negotiations, contract closures, and strategic collaborations.Support subsidiaries in securing high-value clients and long-term partnerships.3. Cross-Department CoordinationWork closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams of each business unit to align strategies.Monitor the business development performance of all units and recommend improvements.Ensure synergy and collaboration between different verticals for group-wide initiatives.4. Pipeline Management & ReportingMaintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities for each business sector.Develop forecasting reports, sales performance dashboards, and revenue projections.Present monthly and quarterly business development reports to senior management.5. Proposal Development & Client CommunicationLead proposal creation, tender submissions, and corporate presentations.Represent the Group at client meetings, networking events, and exhibitions.Ensure high-quality communication, branding, and professionalism in all BD interactions.RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 4–6 years of experience in business development, preferably in a group or multi-sector environment.Proven track record of generating revenue and closing high-value deals.Skills & CompetenciesStrong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects across different industries.Strong networking capability and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and market research tools.
