About Us:We are an event management company specializing in organizing international-scale conferences, seminars, and B2B events. We connect global brands with their target audiences through high-quality event experiences.We are looking for an aggressive, high-energy, rock-star Sales Executive who is hungry to close deals and exceed targets. The ideal candidate is relentless, bold, and highly persuasive — someone who thrives under pressure and performs best in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Drive new sponsorship sales for TEH Group events and executive programs.Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate high-quality leads.Confidently engage with C-level executives and senior decision makers.Maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors and partners.Achieve (and exceed) monthly and quarterly sales targets.Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.Attend events to support sponsors and build strong networks.Requirements:3–5 years of experience in B2B sales (Events, Technology, SaaS, or similar industries preferred).Aggressive, fearless, target-driven, and “rock-star” sales personality.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Fluent in English (mandatory).Strong resilience and ability to work under pressure.Must work from office (WFO), Jakarta.
