Synergy Lifestyle operates its own restaurant, pub, and coffee shop, and provides recruitment services for the industries we specialize in, including food and beverage, consulting, hospitality, real estate, fashion, cosmetic, and wedding design. We are hiring Senior Sales Executive.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The Senior Field Sales will be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales visits, providing training and support to the sales team, and reporting on sales performance.
