Senior SAP Consultant (SRM)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior SAP Consultant (SRM) to join our team.As part of a global initiative to modernize and transition the SAP landscape, this role focuses on the SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) in Sourcing stream. You will act as a key expert, driving knowledge transfer, process optimization, and delivering innovative solutions to align SAP SRM processes with evolving business needs. ResponsibilitiesParticipate in detailed knowledge transfer (KT) sessions to gain a comprehensive understanding of business processes, configurations, and custom code within the SAP SRM in Sourcing streamConduct practical exercises in lower environments to validate and strengthen acquired knowledgeReview and update support documentation, including SOPs and runbooks, to ensure accuracy and usabilityManage escalations and resolve complex incidents related to the SAP SRM in Sourcing streamFacilitate shadowing and reverse shadowing activities to ensure a seamless transition of responsibilities during the knowledge transfer phaseProvide ongoing support for SAP SRM in Sourcing processes to maintain operational stability and effectivenessLead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize and innovate SAP SRM in Sourcing workflows in alignment with business objectives RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceA minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in SAP consulting or related rolesExpertise in SAP Supplier Relationship Management, including its configurations and functionalitiesStrong understanding of sourcing processes and their integration within SAP SRMCapable of analyzing and resolving complex system issues with advanced problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teamsStrong organizational and time management skills to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentAdaptability to dynamic business requirements and evolving project needsFluent English proficiency (written and spoken) at a B2+ level or higher Nice to haveExperience with SAP-SRM: Strategic Sourcing and its application in procurement workflowsFamiliarity with large-scale SAP transformation or modernization projectsCertifications in SAP SRM-related modules or sourcing solutions We offerInternational projects with top brandsWork with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peersHealthcare benefitsEmployee financial programsPaid time off and sick leaveUpskilling, reskilling and certification coursesUnlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ coursesGlobal career opportunitiesVolunteer and community involvement opportunitiesEPAM Employee GroupsAward-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
