The division encompasses various corporate functions, including finance, legal, human resources, technology, and more, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment throughout the companyRole PurposeReporting into the Product Owner the Payroll, Absence & Time Product Analyst will lead on the design, configuration, and optimisation of Workday changes (e.g. technical enhancements) across the product area within the Global People Technology suite. The role will support the business to solve problems by assessing needs, understanding requirements, investigating potential solutions, escalating issues as they arise and ensuring the successful launch of new functionality.Key ResponsibilitiesSpecialist in solution design for Payroll, Absence & Time within Workday and associated technologies for change requests and new releases, giving recommendations where appropriate.Drive the configuration of changes within Workday and bolt on systems, taking more ownership on certain platforms as required.Second line tech support for queries, liaising with the Customer Experience and Centre of Excellence teams to assist with product related technology related queries.Support the Product Owners with cross-functional initiatives and projects across the team as required.Support the Product Owners with strategic initiatives and implementation for new Flutter employee populations or technologies.Act as specialist regarding the relevant capabilities/limitations and business processes within Payroll, Absence & Time product area.Maintain awareness, understanding and knowledge of all functionality related to Payroll, Absence & Time.Participate in product and project meetings.Skills, Capabilities & Experience RequiredExperience with Workday configuration in Absence, Payroll & Time.Understanding of HR processes - particularly joiner, mover, leaver processes.Ability to operate and partner effectively within a People Technology team.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.Competent in delivering demonstrations and provide guides (if required) to relevant stakeholders.Independent, experience self-managing and monitoring own workload.Advanced level English skills.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams across various departments, fostering an environment of open communication and shared goals to achieve collective successProven ability to set ambitious goals and continuously strive for improvement/Demonstrates a strong focus on achieving high-quality outcomes, consistently pushing for greater efficiency and performance.Ability to make informed and confident decisions while bringing your own perspectives to the table.BenefitsHybrid & remote working options€1,000 per year for self-developmentCompany share scheme25 days of annual leave per year20 days per year to work abroad5 personal days/yearFlexible benefits: travel, sports, hobbiesExtended health, dental and travel insurancesCustomized well-being programmesCareer growth sessionsThousands of online courses through UdemyA variety of engaging office eventsDisclaimerWe are an inclusive employer.
