HR Business Partner

DescriptionUnderstand organization's strategy and objectives;Establish relationship with the managers in order to predict and control together future actions in the organization;Support the new employees’ integration and orientation;Sustain business partner relations by advising both employees and managers;Attend career fairs;Support managers in designing the employees‘ training plan following the yearly appraisal;Supervise and support the annual appraisal process;Prepare and present defined reports.RequirementsUniversity degree in Psychology, Sociology, Economics;Minimum 2 years of experience in HR field;Advanced knowledge of English languages is mandatory;Experienced with Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel);Well-versed in developing talents, creating centers of excellence, developing right metrics and analytics;Knowledge of the automotive industry community & networking represents an advantage;Strong time management skills;Excellent communication skills.
