Reporting to the Benelux Operations Director, the Benelux Senior Security Manager liaises with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a secure environment. The Benelux Senior Security Manager is also part of Pinkerton's wider EMEA Operations team.Overall Responsibilities Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.Coordinate and oversee security activities in the Benelux region.End-to-end support of Pinkerton’s existing client portfolio.Conduct on-site observations and monitor the safety of High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs).Communicate with clients and authorities, managing incident responses.Monitor local criminal activity and address security concerns.Maintain administrative records and conduct security risk assessments.Prepare security operations, lead security teams, and ensure equipment functionality.Manage all aspects of client event security operations, including but not limited to event security briefings and execution, event security debriefs and provide expert insights.Manage all aspects of vendor operations to support client needs.Ensure compliance of all vendor relationships.Provide regular status updates and reporting to the Benelux Operations Director.Support local Relationship Management and EMEA Operations on key initiatives as required.Specific Responsibilities (Project Management)Security Project Preparation Conduct intake interviews with clients to gather and analyse event information, providing advice on mitigating security risks.Prepare the project by inspecting equipment and communications, conducting reconnaissance, facilitating discussions, and, if necessary, creating a detailed plan.Security Project Execution As the responsible security officer/coordinator, oversee the team of plainclothes Pinkerton security personnel.Observe activities surrounding the movement of HNWIs.Monitor for criminal activities and identify any unwanted attention near the event.Maintain communication with the client and authorities (police, fire department) to coordinate immediate incident response.Implement measures upon detecting suspicious situations and advise the client accordingly.Safety Project Completion Conduct evaluations with the client and key stakeholders.Coordinate further actions and project follow-up with the client.Manage the administrative aspects of the project's completion for both the client and Pinkerton.All other duties, as assigned.Bachelor's degree with Minimum 10 years' experience in security management. Relevant licensing in the Netherlands, security protocol expertise.
