Senior Software Quality Engineer – Test Automation

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. Join us and contribute to building cutting-edge applications in a collaborative and innovative environment.Main Responsibilities Test Automation DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain scalable and robust automation test frameworks.Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive automated test suites for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across various applications.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). Collaboration and CommunicationCollaborate closely with development, product, and other QA teams to understand requirements, define test cases, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.Mentor and guide junior QA engineers on automation best practices, test methodologies, and tool usage.Generate detailed test reports and provide clear, concise feedback on product quality to stakeholders.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.05+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance, with a strong emphasis on test automation.Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing automated test frameworks using languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python.Proficiency with common automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress, SpecFlow, NUnit, xUnit, JUnit, Postman, JMeter).Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Experience with API testing tools (POSTMAN or SWAGGER).Experience with SQL databases is essential and experience with testing NoSQL databases is highly desirable.Experience with programming languages such as C#/JavaScript is highly desirable along with UI Automation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.What We OfferA collaborative and inclusive work culture that values innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.Opportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies and global clients.Competitive compensation and benefits.Access to continuous professional development, training, and mentorship.Working Hours: This role requires availability to work within the UK time zone (GMT).
