Senior Strategy Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Strategy Manager to join a well known brand with a highly regarded team.Play a key role in shaping the next horizon of customer strategy and this is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who thrives on solving complex problems, leading cross-functional initiatives, and influencing senior stakeholders.As Senior Strategy Manager, you’ll help co-create enterprise-wide strategy, lead the annual corporate planning process, and develop insights that inform C-suite and Board decision-making. You’ll bring structure, creativity, and customer focus to strategic challenges, guiding projects from definition to delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end strategic projects from framing problems to executing solutions.Develop insight-driven recommendations and craft compelling narratives for senior audiences.Manage multiple cross-functional projects and stakeholder groups.Guide market research and data analysis to identify high-impact opportunities.Coach and mentor 1-2 direct reports to build strategic capability across the business.Background & Experience:5+ years in management consulting with experience from McKinsey, Bain, BCG or the likes of LEK, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Strategy&.Proven experience in hypothesis-driven problem solving, business case development, and financial analysis.Strong understanding of strategic frameworks and analytical methodologies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build executive-level presentations.A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for driving enterprise impact.This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a tangible impact on customer experience and strategic growth in a dynamic, purpose-driven organisation.
