In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between business goals and technical capabilities—turning complex requirements into impactful, AI-powered digital solutions.What You’ll DoGather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements for AI and digital products.Translate business objectives into technical specifications, focusing on Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions.Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to refine product roadmaps and drive delivery.Build and validate AI workflow prototypes, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.Conduct workshops, sprint planning, and stakeholder sessions using tools like Jira and Notion.Support product demos, client enablement, and solution documentation.Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, contributing to strategy and innovation discussions.What You’ll Bring3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in a tech or AI-focused environment.Strong background in requirements gathering, Agile/Scrum, and process modeling (BPMN/UML).Hands-on experience with Figma, SQL, APIs, and cloud-based SaaS solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
