Senior Web Developer (WordPress)

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior WordPress Developer to lead our web team, deliver top-notch websites, and contribute to our creative and technical growth.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites with a focus on performance, user experience, and scalability.Create custom themes and plugins tailored to unique client requirements.Customize and extend existing themes and plugins to meet project goals.Build advanced solutions using Elementor and create custom Elementor addons.Leverage a strong foundation in PHP, JavaScript, and WordPress’s ecosystem for feature-rich development.Work with REST APIs to integrate third-party services and enhance website functionality.Collaborate with the design team to bring creative ideas to life with excellent design sense and attention to detail or design from scratch.Ensure all websites are responsive, cross-browser compatible, and adhere to modern standards.Use Git/SVN for version control and implement best practices for collaborative development.Lead the web team, providing mentorship, guidance, and ensuring project deadlines are met.Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions.Manage projects using tools like ClickUp to track progress, tasks, and deadlines.Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in WordPress development.Expertise in Elementor, including building custom addons and using advanced features.Strong experience in WordPress theme and plugin development.Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Solid understanding of the WordPress ecosystem, including hooks, filters, and core functionalities.Experience with Git or SVN for version control.Familiarity with REST API integration.Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like Next.js (preferred but not mandatory).Proven ability to lead a team, manage deadlines, and ensure quality deliverables.Excellent attention to detail and a creative approach to solving challenges.Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp or similar platforms.Strong communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written).
