Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing financial operations, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role also involves managing budgets, supervising accounting processes, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain accurate financial reporting. Qualifications Strong expertise in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial AnalysisProficient in Accounting Software, General Ledger Reconciliation, and Tax ComplianceExcellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong knowledge of international accounting standards and regulationsProficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially ExcelDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to oversee and guide accounting teamsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferredExperience in the import-export or manufacturing industry is a plusExceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
