Job Description:Greet and assist customers with their vehicle service needs professionallySchedule service appointments and prepare job orders accurately.Clearly explain recommended services and repairs, including timelines and costs.Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely service delivery.Keep customers informed of their vehicle’s status and any changes to the repair timeline.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the service process.Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.Maintain accurate service records in the Dealer Management System (DMS).Ensure compliance with EV service standards and brand procedures.Job Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or workshop.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.Familiarity with EV technology and service practices is a plus.Able to work with DMS or workshop software systems.Willing to be placed at Pondok Indah/Pluit
