We're looking for a passionate and driven Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to lead critical projects, foster client success, and shape the operational backbone of a forward-thinking Jamaican tech consultancy.What You’ll DoOversee the end-to-end delivery of our information management and automation projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.Lead client onboarding processes to guarantee a smooth, positive, and efficient transition into the ScanBox ecosystem.Define, manage, and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs), driving a culture of accountability and performance.Act as the central point of collaboration between our sales, technical, and support teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our service delivery frameworks, tools, and processes.What We're Looking For1+ year of experience in a service delivery, project management, or client success role, preferably in the tech or IT services industry.BSc in IT\MIS\ Computer Science or Business Administration with proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and building lasting client relationships.Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Certifications like PMP, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma are a big plus!
